Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and key accounts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Account Management
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through strong relationship-building.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.
- Regularly review client performance and suggest campaign improvements.
Market Intelligence
- Keep abreast of competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments.
- Gather client feedback and relay insights to the management team.
- Identify gaps in the market and recommend innovative advertising solutions.
Campaign Coordination
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Track campaign performance and coordinate reporting to clients.
- Ensure all advertising placements adhere to client specs and regulatory requirements.

Aptidões necessárias

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or Business Administration.
Additional certifications in media sales, digital marketing, or advertising are advantageous.
2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or a dynamic B2B environment.
Experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising is a strong advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the Angolan advertising/media landscape is desirable.
We require candidates to speak Portuguese as their primary language, in addition to English,
to communicate with us. (This does not need to be perfect.)

Sales Skills: Strong prospecting, pitching, and negotiation skills.
Communication: Fluency in Portuguese (required); English proficiency is a strong advantage.
CRM: Experience with customer relationship management tools and sales reporting systems.
Presentation: Ability to create and deliver engaging sales presentations.
Teamwork: Collaborative mindset focused on shared success.
