Descrição da função

• Support, coordinate and manage activities related to performance management of the Angola Licences
• Prepare yearly budgets and work programs and align same with partners and internal stakeholders
• Prepare monthly progress reports and end year forecasts
• Facilitate partner meetings
• Prepare cash-calls and billing
• Ensure compliance with licence obligations as per signed agreements and the laws of Angola
• Prepare Joint Venture and Cost Recovery audits
• Follow-up allocations to cost codes
• Prepare and maintain a licence archive
• Contribute to build up the operator organisation in Angola
• Establish and maintain a partner reporting structure
• Reporting demands towards operator in Angola

3-5 years of related operational experience within the Oil & Gas industry
