Descrição da função

Team management: Hiring, training and supervising employees in all areas of the hotel, such as reception, cleaning, restaurant, maintenance, among others. The hotel manager is responsible for ensuring that staff are motivated, well-trained and operating to established standards;
Customer service: Ensuring excellent customer service is a priority. This includes resolving customer complaints effectively, ensuring guest needs are met, and maintaining high standards of service in all areas of the hotel;
Operational Management: Oversee all daily hotel operations, including reservations, check-in and check-out, facility cleaning and maintenance, food and beverage management, security, and compliance with local regulations;
Budget and finances: Develop and manage the hotel budget, monitoring expenses, optimizing revenues and ensuring that the hotel operates within established financial goals;
Marketing and sales: Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. This may include participation in trade shows, advertising, special promotions and partnerships with local businesses;
Facilities Management: Ensure all areas of the hotel are well maintained and comply with health and safety regulations. This may involve coordinating repairs and regular maintenance of the facility;
Event management: Coordinate the delivery of special events such as conferences, weddings and corporate parties, ensuring that all customer needs are met and that events run smoothly.

Angolan or Foreign Nationality (resident in Angola);
Degree or Technical Training in Hospitality and Tourism;
Minimum professional experience of 5 years in Hotel Management; Mastery of hotel management software;
Domain of Hotel Operations (Logistics and Accounting);
Computer skills and handling of social networks;
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools;
Mastery of the English language.
