Accounts Receivables Specialist

Prepare invoices based on the purchase orders and on clients´ requirements;
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted;
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues;
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients;
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status;
Handle the annual external audit responsibilities of the company;
Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements;
Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments;
Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Angolan nationality;
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
Minimum experience of 2 years;
Proficient in using Office
Strong understanding of accounting aspects such as balance sheets, cash flow management, business forecasting and profitability;
Highly motivated, results-oriented self-taught who needs little supervision in her work to achieve district goals;
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal and presentation skills;
Ability to interact with the company's management and other departments in a clear and concise manner;
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills;
