Assisting the Front Office department, monitorizing all training of employees in order to optimize the operation of the reception, Booking and Cash; implement Hotel procedures and standards, keep in touch with all sections; prepare reports and feedback for the Rooms Division.
Academic background in relevant area for the position;
Previous experience in this role in 4 and 5 stars Hotels with more than 200 rooms (mandatory);
High knowledge of Fidelio PMS;
Team leadership skills;
Willingness to relocate in Angola (Luanda);
Fluency both in Portuguese and English.
