OVERALL PURPOSE: Responsible for carrying out the planning for the multi-discipline offshore team, completing work schedules and providing support to the offshore departments associated with the FPSO unit.
-Custodian of the maintenance plan and work preparation for Task Level maintenance activities, Identify permits, materials, equipment, work site preparation and all supporting documentation to shape in a work pack.
-Identify, document and communicate all follow up work and material requirements.
-Provide training and support on WMS (Work Management System) & Maximo to platform team members as required.
-Interface with technicians in execution of work orders and maintenance activities.
-Facilitate schedules for all maintenance activities in accordance with company’s planning process.
-Work with Material Coordinator for creation of new stock material.
-Maintain a Job Plans library and ensure Job Plans are complete and accurate
-Evaluate the effectiveness of the PM and engage the right people to modify as needed
-Facilitate Backlog Maintenance by identifying areas to address and track gaps closer activities.
-Run performance reports weekly to ensure all planned scopes are in conformance of gated planning process.
-Training & development of Nationals – Angolanisation Plan involves shadowing or on the job training for certain designated positions.
Requisitos
-Must have an understanding of work managementprocess
-Must have experience in work pack / job plan development.
-Must have an understanding of developing KPIs and driving results.
-Must have previous experience of SAP/MAXIMO, MS Project based planning/ P6 scheduling.
-Should be able to collate comprehensive packages for opportune shutdowns & backlog reduction.
-Should be able to continuously improve maintenance performance.
-Able to forecast platform activities and coordinate/align maintenance and pre-populate maintenance implementation plan accordingly
-Should be able to proactively manage the forelog and manage deferrals.
-Strong communication skills and proven ability to interface with both internal and external clients at all levels.
-Interpersonal skills that result in good teamwork, influence, trust and strong relationships.
-Proven ability to work as part of an integrated multi-disciplined operations team
-Core competencies like interpersonal skills, communications, leading the team etc.
-PC application skills – SAP, Microsoft Excel, Maximo, Project.
-Excellent knowledge of HSE policies both onshore and offshore.
-Must comply with BP and Wood Group Kianda requirements of Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality policies and procedures.
-Understanding of and ability to produce and follow to execution, Management of Change processes
-Understanding of Maximo maintenance build process
-+ 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
-Knowledge of Maintenance Strategy & analysis techniques.
-Professional Engineer qualified to CEng standard (if possible)
