The SERVICE consists of the following aims:
Ensure HSE events data archiving for Company.
Edit HSE periodic reports and presentations for Company
Develop and maintain the HSE repository for Company in the reporting field and incident handling / management.
Promote the appropriate incident management process
Technical support to SYNERGI users and headquarter’s administrators.
Participate to the redaction of Company with regards to reporting and incident management
Ensure coordination with the DGEP for functional upgrades of computer HSE tools Trades.
Ensure Company reporting aspect meets Regulatory requirement (Local Authorities).
o Provide training to the database users
o Ensure quality control of the HSE events reported by operational entities
o Review of incident classification to ensure the conformity with DGEP rules.
o Guaranty the quality of the follow-up of the incidents done by entities
o Provide technical support to user
o Calculation of statistical figures
o Provide analysis on incident statistic
o To ensure lessons leant from incidents are translated into qualitative SFN and those are cascaded up and down to all concerned Company entities/ parties on time as per the Reporting Procedure.
o To ensure all incidents required by law are reported to local Authorities in a timely manner such as: LTIs, Fatalities, etc
Redaction of HSE procedures related to reporting and incident analysis
Ensure appropriate incident management process and participate to incidents investigation
Required skills for the execution of the SERVICE:
Good knowledge of industrial safety and oil and gas industry
Fluent English and French
Hability to analyse data and write documents such as procedure,..
Mandatory computer skills: Excel and powerpoint. Knowledge of Synergi or similar incident reporting database is appreciated
Basic training in industrial safety.
Interpersonal skills appropriate for work with various entities of Company.
E&P - Management of HSE data and action plans follow-up in (management course, level 2)
