Under direct responsibility of the Finance/HR Manager, the candidate will have diverse and various tasks which are divided in two main categories: classic accounting/reporting duties and administrative activity.
Furthermore the candidate will assist the Country Manager in administrative activity and specific projets.
Bookkeeping (Purchase, Sales Records, Bank records, Analytical entries)
Financial Reporting under the supervision of Finance/HR Manager
Specific reporting for the delegation under the supervision of the Country Manager
Taking part in the realization of customer invoices
Follow-up of payments and customer recovery
Assisting Finance/HR Manager in the payments
