Descrição da função

• Prepare annual sales budgets for the assigned region
• Breakdown the sales budgets on a monthly basis
• Continue to build new and existing customer relationships
• Achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by management
• Assist the business in gaining a better share of the market by identifying, recommending and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies
• Continually looking for further business opportunities through effective liaising with contacts in the assigned Region especially farmers
• Provide sales training and support to the farmers
• Endeavour to maintain an understanding of the local market – keep up to date with products and technologies
• Assist when required with any internal project undertaken
• Develop the existing portfolio
• Create innovative optimized offers with the existing products
• Ensure customer related planning
• Ensure technical development support to the products within the market
• Support product marketing
• Consistent positioning, technical selling points, customer benefits, value pricing and some customer support
• Launch of the new products
• Build Unique Selling Points
• Get technical support from the internal team responsible
• Enhance value pricing due to market experience

• Build the regional strategy, consistent with the regional priorities for his/her portfolio of products according to the crop
• Define the key products for each crop of his area
• Support local implementation

• Define the elements of the portfolio development for his/her product categories
• Remain aware of the key needs to manage the mayor crops
• Be aware and develop mark niches to separate from the competition

• Proven knowledge of CP markets in Angola
• Significant experience in marketing and/or sales in Crop Protection

• Agriculture Engineer
• Commercial or marketing degree
