Workshop Coordinator

 Coordinate the workshop maintenance plans ensuring that the workshop servicing capacity is optimised;
 Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules, services, repairs, and breakdowns in line with plan;
 Maintain schedules, plans, and capacity of the workshops ensuring any deficiencies or time slippages are managed effectively;
 Ensures that the workshop maintenance capacity is optimised and that all workshop manning, materials, equipment, and spares are managed effectively;
 Maintain service records, maintenance and breakdown records and ensure all regulatory documentation is stored, filed, digitally saved and up to date at all times;
 Ensures manuals, technical documents, manufacturers recommendations are up to date and available to the correct technicians;
 Seek out service improvements and continuously review and develop the systems, processes, and procedures of the workshops;

 Fluent oral and written English;
 Significant coordination experience in a mechanical or vehicle workshop environment or similar work situation;
 Proficient in Microsoft systems and packages;
 Permit to work systems and process understanding;
 Demonstrable and detailed working evidence of CMMS system administration such as SAP;
 Excellent organization and coordination skills;
 LNG, Refinery, or Oil and Gas experience in a planning capacity;
 Experience in Planning and technical roles.
