Cost-effectively manage shutdown and maintenance function in support of SoniMech's lines of business to meet customer and SoniMech specifications
lead, manage, control and coordinate all on-site routine shutdown and maintenance activities, including safety, technical, supply chain and project controls to meet customer and SoniMech requirements to deliver work within required standards and deadlines .
Responsible for the safe planning and execution of all planned downtime activities within the agreed scope of work.
Leadership in maintaining Quality, Safety, Health, Environment and Business Improvement goals for ALNG.
Single point of contact acting on behalf of SoniMech with a focus on customer satisfaction, business development and profitability, ensuring customer needs are met or exceeded.
Actively seek and deliver revenue growth in the Maintenance, Projects and Shutdown scopes granted.
To create and develop relationships with existing customers at all levels.

Education degree or equivalent experience
Significant years of demonstrable and relevant management experience
Detailed work experience in African countries or similar work environments
Minimum 10 years experience in the LNG, Refinery or Oil and Gas industries
No less than 5 years of experience in downtime planning, scheduling and execution in the LNG industry
Demonstrable safety leadership with working knowledge of risk assessment and hazard identification
Demonstrate ability to grow and develop cohesive teams
Good understanding of commercial / cost awareness
SAP software experience - in specific PM and MM modules
Experience in using Primavera project portfolio software for planning and scheduling
