Laboratory Technician - Biotech

1. Inventory, accessioning, and tracking of incoming samples into the lab.
2. Registration, preparation and analysis of samples as required.
3. Adhering to documented procedures for all aspects of laboratory work, ensuring that all relevant information concerning samples is recorded, that samples are handled correctly either manually or with automation devices, and that all necessary records and quality data are maintained.
4. Perform routine laboratory maintenance activities, including ordering & receiving supplies, maintaining consumable inventories and updating instrument usage logbooks.
5. Timely feedback the problems occurred in the experimental process and analyze the causes of the problems and propose solutions.
6. Conduct overseas joint-lab testing and staff training, according to market demand.
7. Participate in clinical experiments according to work demand.
8. Provide customers with timely after-sell services.
9. Monitor laboratories’ operational status and trouble-shoot laboratorial malfunctions when needed.
10. Finish work summary regularly and report work progress.

1. Experience in sample management, nucleus acid extraction and other related laboratory experiments is preferred.
   
2. Accept shift and work overtime.
3. Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
4. Obey the rules and regulations of the biological library and accept the arrangement of the supervisor.
5. Experience in CAP or ISO15189 certified laboratory is preferred.
6. Experience in automated workstation system and QPCR machine is preferred.
7. Bachelor degree or above in biomedicine, biotechnology, bioengineering and other related majors is preferred.
