Warehouse Supervisor Assistant

-        Under the responsibility of the warehouse supervisor, perform current warehousing operations, handling and recording of materials movements
-        Ensure the maintenance of stored materials
-        Able to replace the warehouse supervisor for a short period of time.

HSE :
-        Respect of the safety and environment rules inside the warehouse, storage areas and yards.
-        Keep in good order the warehouse and surrounding area.
-        Participate to the ‘’Tool box’’ and ‘’Safety Tour’’ organized by the warehouse supervisor.
-        Respect of the safety rules inside the warehouse, storage areas, yards specially in terms of chemicals products
-        Contribute to the reporting of HSE related anomalies.

OPERATIONS :
-        Organize and lead warehouse’s team
-        Store materials received inside the warehouse according to the article reference and applicable procedure.
-        Report anomalies related to the storage conditions, maintenance, conformity of materials and dispute, and give instructions for corrective actions.
-        Ensure maintenance of stored materials.
-        Prepare materials for transfer to sites: packaging/loading in CCUs in respect of safety, lifting and handling rules.
-        Prepare freight waybill and put label on materials.
-        Print and dispatch to storekeeper materials picking list and assure the follow-up.
-        Record in the system the stock materials movement according the procedure.
-        Regular check of materials quantity in bin (permanent inventory).
-        Lead the handling operation in storage areas.
-        Respect and encourage other personnel to respect safety rules applicable in the warehouse and others areas of the base with special attention in the chemical area.
-        Perform materials reception
-        Control and manage the Excel spreadsheet for the follow-up of materials orders (inbound/outbound)
-        Control and manage the outbound/inbound CCUs in the return area.

Means available:
-        Software UNISUP.
-        Tools, handling equipement.

-        Bachelor’s degree + 2 years
-        Good level in micro computing.
-        Leadership - Dynamism
-        Organization
-        Methodical
-        Rigor
-        Good health condition.
-        Good Portuguese and French level. English knowledge will be appreciated.
-        Holding a driving license for light vehicle.
