Pipe Yard Assistant

-        Four yards representing 59,000 m2 for the storage of around 22,000 tubing/casing/screens
-        Means avaialble:
-        Contract for man power.
-        Inspection equipment (electromagnetic inspection unit, compressor, high pressure pump, etc.)
-        Handling equipment and truck for transport hired from Sonils (crane 30 t, forklift 15 t and truck)  and on-call means if neccessary.
-        Current activity: two drilling rigs « deep water » in operation

HSE

Respect and ensure the promotion of HSE referential of the affiliate within its activity and responsability area.
-        In collaboration with the Supervisor ensure with the inspection contractor the application of the planning (No good issue without purchase requisition) according to the applicable rules and procedures (SPE-PROP-LOG/BASE 04 R130.01.08, GS applicable....)
-        Ensure the inspection and maintenance of the tubulars according to procedures applicables and as per process (order reception, Good issue, Good return).
-        Make sure that activities conducted on yard are done following corporate HSE rules.
-        Coordinate with the Supervisor the  preparation of loading activity.
-        Assist the Supervisor in the tubular inventory and follow up.
-        Issue a daily report of the activity and send to the Supervisor.
-        Issue a daily report of non conformity observed with receiving tubulars (damage, missing certificates, etc.) and sends to pipe yard Supervisor.
-        Carry out the physical inventory of the tubulars with the support of of stock control team.
-        Respect and have other personnel respect the HSE rules applicables at the tubulars yards.
-        Ensure the housekeeping, organization of tubulars yards.
-        Make sure that all operations are conducted according to the applicables rules and procedures (JSA, PTW, Toolbox talk...)

-        Field based activity
-        Encombrement de la Base Industrielle et des parcs a tubes
-        Constraints due to the offshore production sites away from the base by 120NM
-        Delivery of materials and equipment by supply vessels
-        Bundles up of tubulars and loading into basket for chromed tubulars
-        Rotational position 21 days /21days
-        Working hours: 07h00/19h00 with two break of 30 minutes each.

-        Ensure storage, maintenance and inspections of more than 22,000 tubulars.
-        Prepare and check loading batch of tubular according to the end user requests.
-        Keep updated the tubulars inventory and stock, optimize the storage while taking into account the scheduled movements of tubulars.

-        Knowledge of tubulars management activity and drilling equipment
-        Rigour
-        Leadership attitude
-        Team work attitude.
-        Good health condition.
-        Good level in Portuguese, French and/or English
-        Knowledge on Excel and software SAP
-        Bachelor’s degree + 2 years
