Chemical Park Assistant

- Ensure and verify with the Supervisor the stock and the shipment of chemicals. Participate and control shipments according to operational needs.
- Check with the Supervisor the chemical stock per entity and the storage plan based on daily and forecast movements.

-Assist in the general organization of the Park and supervision of AES activities.
-Prepare the inspection of storage products received at the store, according to the listing and the rules of the art and procedures.
-Respond to any discrepancies in storage, maintenance of conformity of the equipment.
- Assist the Supervisor in supervising the preparation for the dispatch of equipment, depending on the place to serve: put in a basket / equipment, while complying with the safety rules for lifting and moving equipment related to transportation.
-Assist with the knowledge of boarding and labeling of the packaging and its transmission to the LOG / When report and to the Supervisor.
-Assist in the regular monitoring of the chemical selection list, as well as its monitoring and reporting to the Supervisor
-Participate in periodic inventories.
-Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of stored products, cleaning and maintaining strict hygiene within the park.
-Participate in litigation management and resolution and abnormal return of offshore products.

Means used:
-        UNISUP Computer System.
-        Tools, equipment handling and cleaning by Sonils lease agreement.

-        BAC + 2 training, computer skills.
-        Dynamic - Organization - Method - Discipline - good physical condition.
-        Fluent in French or English and Portuguese.
-        Light vehicle driver's license.
