Salary Processing
Management and control of working hours: holidays, attendance, admission register
Closure of layoff accounts
Responsible for monitoring and instruction of disciplinary proceedings to ensure any change in the payroll)
Responsible for the preparation of reports on people data management
Tax payment (IRT and Social Security)
Knowledge of LGT, legislation relevant to contracting
Control of taxation processes such as: INSS, IRT and SINDICATO, and their respective launch in accounting
Support the RENT submission process
Requisitos
- Processamento de salário
- SAP
Bachelor degree in HR Management or related field
At least 3 years of experience in HR activicties
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Domain of software’s such as: SAP, Spring Version 9 or SAGE
English level intermediate / advanced
