Finance Director

Our client, international Group in Real Estate industry, is looking for a new Finance Director for 3 entities in Mozambique.

Reporting to the Group CFO, you take care of all the accounting, financial and administrative subjects for three entities and in particular:

• Monthly Accounts & reports for all 3 entities
• Monthly cashflow forecasting for all 3 entities
• Annual audit
• Implementation of front-end & ERP
• Local Treasury management
• Taxation management
• Working capital planning & management
• Quarterly Performance review with Board
• Real Estate (leasing & selling)- Pricing, collections, accounting, reporting, etc
• General overall responsibilities in terms of Accounts & Finance & compliance for Mozambican properties.

BS in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent.

15+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, in international groups. Besides, you evolved in the sectors of the hotel business, of the catering or the management of professional real estate property.

You are fluent in English and Portuguese.

You have a proven professional experience in the african continent and ideally in Mozambique.
