• Achieving sales strategies & plans in support of regional and segment objectives.
• Executing of business plan initiatives.
• Aligning sales functional excellence to changing market demands.
• Establishing winning trading relationships.
• Competent and motivated people.
• Leadership behaviour, reflecting company values, corporate governance & team orientation.
• Establishing, maintaining and managing the relationship with customers to ensure maximum business benefits and achieving of sales targets.
• Manage sales team of 25 Sales Rep
Requisitos
• Relevant and recognised tertiary Sales qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years Sales and or Marketing experience, preferably within the Alcoholic Beverages Industry.
• Previous management experience preferable.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and a good command of the English language.
• Sound business acumen and good negation skills.
• Competent in the use of MS Office suite.
• Ability to manage, develop and lead a team.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be able to function independently and under pressure.
• Must have a valid driving licence and be willing and able to travel extensively.
• Willingness to work irregular hours.
