Descrição da função

• Develop and implement brand plans that are aligned to global brand strategies and local market dynamics.
• Build brands aligned to regional strategy including brand and price positioning.
• Drive product brand innovation and continuous growth within the portfolio.
• Activate the market with an appropriate mix of marketing support programmes.
• Continuously monitor and measure brand performance, taking corrective actions to improve.
• Contribute towards developing a competent and motivated country team.
• Develop strong and effective relationships with external and internal work partners.
• Work closely with the Sales teams to provide and implement solutions to challenges / opportunities in key markets.
• Develop and manage the A&P budget and marketing assets and inventory.

Aptidões necessárias

• Appropriate tertiary qualification – degree / diploma.
• Computer literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Sound presentation skills and time management.
• Minimum 3 years brand marketing / trade marketing experience.
• Drinks sector experience would be advantageous.
• Competitor & consumer intelligence.
• Business/commercial know how.
• Experience of agency procedures and the successful management thereof.
• Budgetary control and cost control management.
• Working Knowledge of the NPD (New Product Development) process will be an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in activating within the Angolan market will be an advantage.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and a good command of English both written and verbal.
