Descrição da função

Responsibilities:

- Develop after-sales services for Chinese customers:

- Collect information on the current and future activity of customers;

- Determine the real needs of after-sales services from customers;

- Dynamize and manage the portfolio of Chinese customers with regard

to after-sales service, in order to meet their needs;

- Ensure quality control of after-sales services through customer

feedback and reports;

- Analyze and monitor satisfaction indicators of potential clients,

establishing action plans whenever necessary;

- Ensure constant vigilance over competition;

- Execute the visit plan determined by the After-Sales Manager;

- Support in the relationship with Chinese clients;

- Technical support in the translation of documents and training of the

work team;

- Manage customer guarantees and claims;

- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Salary:

- Annual Gross Remuneration between USD $50,000.00 and USD $60,000.00

Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or 12th year of Schooling (minimum required requirement);

- Chinese Nationality;

- Fluency in mandarin;

- Good knowledge of Portuguese and English languages (spoken and

written);

- Strong sense of responsibility and rigor in the quality of work;

- Good knowledge in Volvo Construction Equipment and SDLG

products (preferred);

- Good Knowledge of the Angolan market in the area of construction

equipment business (preferred);

- Minimum professional experience of 2 years in similar functions;

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills;

- Strong customer orientation;

- High capacity of adaptation and interpersonal relationship;

- Good knowledge of MS Office.
