MAP (Management and Performance) statistical monthly reporting
CVX Client monthly statistical reporting and following up with site locations on corrective action taken - communication with Dubai CAMEAT office required
Other Client reports on statistical information as required
Co-ordinate and maintain a Incident Management Centre, collating incident data, producing reports and following up action taken with all locations
Translation of central HSE (Health and Safety) and BCP (Business Contingency Plans) into Portuguese utilising the Compass Group Portals, full training and access will be given on this
Collation of Medical RTW reports and analysis of data, follow up notification of any illness to line manager
Contract bid information collation and monthly updating of the materials to ensure operational readiness when new and exsiting business proposals are requested - communication with Dubai CAMEAT office required
Maintain central HSE drive to keep folders and files up to date
Express Angola are recruiting a HSE administrator position on a 5-2 basis based in Luanda with some travel required as requested to Malongo and Soyo locations, the position requires fully conversant in Portuguese and English to an advanced level in spoken and written abilities.
The right candidate must be competent in the use of Microsoft packages to include, MS Word, Excel and Power Point and have the ability to ensure accuracy of the use of formatting and standard use of fonts to ensure a professional approach to company communicated information.
The ability to meet and manage deadlines with excellent communication skills is essential to be able to talk with all levels of employees and be present at board meetings for translation and minute taking; confidentiality and trust is a key attribute to this position.
There may be occasional out of working time assistance required in the case of an emergency, translation and communication may be necessary to convey an important message, in this situation time spent out of office hours would be returned on a flexible working time the following day, e.g. a later start or earlier finish.
