Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs;
Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities by improving product packaging and coordinating new product development;
Define sales strategies to maximise profits and customer retainance;
Manage the interface between KO and Bottler System via CMF (Customer Marketing Forum);
Manage contracts with suppliers;
Manage cost control and Financial Expenditure (KPI´s);
Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.
Masters Degree in Business Administration;
Honours Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;
Minimum of 8 years work experience in Operational Management FMCG (Sales and Marketing)
Minimum of 5 years work experience in Channel Management, Sales Management, Revenue and Cost Management.
