Descrição da função

Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for the hypermarket,
including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency maintenance.
• Manage and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently,
effectively, and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs,
and equipment records.
• Conduct regular inspections of the hypermarket to identify maintenance issues and develop
solutions to address them.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt daily
operations.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with relevant safety,
health, and environmental regulations.
• Manage the budget for the maintenance department, including identifying cost-saving
opportunities and prioritizing expenditures.
• Source and liaise with external contractors and suppliers for maintenance-related services and
supplies.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including
customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to maintenance activities.
