Descrição da função

● Responsible for the implementation of HR systems and procedures
● Interpretation of compensation policy, job evaluation and design, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking.
● Works with the HR team and first line managers to provide hands on support on HR related issues
● Help oversee and create job descriptions
● Responsible for collecting and presenting data on a regular basis
● Maintaining and updating HR database Systems
● Collecting, presenting and communicating data
● Manage on-going performance and development of HR systems
● Adhoc HR Administration tasks
● Takes leadership in rollout and implementation of HR programs.
● Supports the coordination of various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
● Participate in ad hoc survey as required
● Conduct job evaluation and review of new and/or existing roles.
● Partner with HR and line management to gather information and communicate results.
● Collect and organize data for analysis.
● Analyses HR data both internal and external.
● Creation of communication materials and presentations
● Preparation and implementation of programs, process updates. Prepares and maintains documentation. Regularly updates and distributes documents as appropriate.
● Coordination and administration of our annual appraisal journey. This includes maintaining an accurate historical employee file system
● Assisting with preparation of communication and training materials
● Providing support to employees and managers during the planning cycles of various HR projects
● Manages special projects as assigned within the Human Resources department.

Aptidões necessárias

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent
- 4 years of professional experience (3 in a similar position - HR Technician or Administrative Assistant)
- High aptitude and spring training and other human resource management systems
- MS Office e Google
- Human Resource Management Systems is an advantage
- Good working knowledge of database systems and human resources management software.
- Accuracy and excellent data collection capabilities
- Effective communicator with good command of written and spoken English and Portuguese
- Experience with HR metrics
