• Installation and Configuration of different Servers viz. Windows /Liunx/Unix Server as Domain Controller;
• Management and Administration of windows /Linux/Unix network of more than 300 Computers connected via on LAN Network;
• Installation and Configuration of different Services such as DNS, DHCP;
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of various operating systems, software & hardware;
• Updated and maintained servers hardware drivers, firmware, software and service packs to proactively ensure optimal performance;
• Acting as a resource person solving computer problems for users;
• Provide over the phone solutions and customer support to remote users;
• Create and maintain user domain & email account;
• Conduct user training and maintain documentation;
• Troubleshot permissions/login issues, hardware problems, and software installations;
• Installation, Configuration & Maintenance of Windows 2000, 2008,2012,2016 Active Directory;
• Remote Up-Gradation of Windows Machines;
• Installation and Configuration of different Servers Windows 2008 Server as Domain Controller;
• Hardware Troubleshooting of Company’s Different Client Location;
• Maintain updated DNS data for local area network machines;
• Performing regular DATA backup/restore Procedures;
• Firewall Policies Management;
• Upgrade and Maintain VMWare servers and virtual sessions;
• VPN configurations and Troubling shooting Network Monitoring;
• Supporting LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems;
• Backup and restore VMWare servers and virtual sessions;
• Performance and capacity management on VMWare servers;
• Main interface to customers for the coordination of hardware and/ or software support and delivery of technical services;
• To review Backup reports and Initiate actions on backup failure against specific documentation;
• Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes;

Angolan Nationality;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar relevant degree;
Experience in installation, configuration and upgradation, patching, administration and storage implementation;
Familiarity with cross platform basic troubleshooting tasks;
Good experience in SQL and database;
Experience in Oracle LINUX / RedHat LINUX v6.0, v7.0, v7.5;
Good Experience with VMWare and SAN management and concepts;
Working knowledge of partitioning, virtualization and storage administration, integration with operating systems;
Hands on experience on CACTI/PRTG/Nagios Toot configuration and management;
Portuguese fluent and Intermediate level in English;
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/ goals and with creative approach to work;
