Descrição
- Project Coordination & Governance Support planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities. Track deliverables, milestones, risks, and action items. Prepare meeting minutes (MoMs), status reports, dashboards, and documentation. Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Technical & Infrastructure Support Coordinate IT infrastructure delivery (servers, storage, network, racks, UPS, etc.). Follow up on hardware procurement, shipping, installation, and commissioning. Support setup, configuration, and system integration activities. Coordinate between development, infrastructure, security, and integration teams. Assist in managing environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD).
- Integration & Systems Coordination Support API integration tracking and validation. Follow up on data migration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and issue resolution. Assist in documenting technical designs and integration points.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management Act as a communication bridge between Angola stakeholders and the project team. Translate discussions and documentation (Portuguese ↔ English/Arabic). Ensure alignment between business, technical, and operational teams. Coordinate workshops, site visits, and technical sessions.
- Reporting & Documentation Maintain project logs (Risk Register, Issue Log, RACI, Action Tracker). Support preparation of technical and executive-level reports. Assist in contract tracking, deliverables validation, and documentation control.
Requisitos
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT projects delivery.
Experience in government or large enterprise projects is preferred.
Understanding of:
IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking)
System setup & deployment
API integrations & data exchange
Testing cycles (SIT, UAT)
Mandatory Skills
Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken & written)
Arabic is mandatory
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent coordination and organizational abilities
Ability to work in multi-cultural and cross-border environments
Strong documentation skills
