Training Coordinator Junior

Develop training actions in accordance with the requirements of the E&Q. 2. Promote the dissemination of the training program. 3. Assure the technical control of the activities, qualification, and supervision of trainers. 4. Perform and coordinate at a technical level, training services, and development in Oil & Gas e other areas. 5. Report the performance and status of the business and operation to the OU. 6. Put in place the active contracts, in accordance with client requirements and BV procedures. 7. Monitoring the activities, process efficiency, and compliance controlling as per the requirements of the services. 8. Keep control over the invoicing process in articulation with Finance and SAD team. 9. Develop the internal and outsourced personnel on qualifications required for the services. 10. Coordinate the service controlling tools in place with the activities follow-up.

Participate and contribute to hazard and risk register with regard to your area of responsibility
Ensuring compliance with legal & moral obligations with regard to the position by understanding & implementing relevant sections of the Occupational Health and Safety requirements for Angola
Maintains a high standard of housekeeping by implementing the relevant procedures with regards to best practices.
