The Financial and Administrative Services Manager (FASM) role is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Executive Assistants and Financial and Administrative Assistants that provide financial and administrative support and act as thought partners to General Management, Directors in their work with clients and internal functions. We expect our assistants to be masters of tasks, but also strategic thinkers that go beyond transactional support.
The goal of the financial and administrative function is to deliver the highest level of service to our clients, both internal and external. The role will require a strategic mindset, strong leadership and performance management skills, as well as an ability to build relationships and team effectively with key stakeholders and peers across different parts of the organization.

Aptidões necessárias

• Bachelor’s degree in management, finance, accounting, business administration or any similar field;
• At least 2 years experience in both finance and administration departments, as well as at least 1 year experience in a supervisory position;
• Extensive knowledge in accountancy, budget management and treasury management;
• Advanced skills in computer applications;
• Proven team management experience;
• Leadership and organizational skills, superb verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work independently and as part of a team, even under stressful conditions;
• At least 2 years of experience with a professional services firm, ideally in a supervisory role;
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required;
• Several years of experience managing large teams preferred;
• Able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with company’s values and culture;
• Create effective working relationships and build connections across all stakeholders; develop a brand that compels people to engage;
• Demonstrate high levels of customer service and sensitivity in responding to customer needs;
• Can juggle competing priorities, keeping constant sight of the overall objectives;
• Able to identify, analyze, and proactively solve problems;
• Unflappable and thick-skinned; comfortable pushing back when necessary;
• Handle difficult and confidential situations with poise, understanding and tact;
• Project confidence, authority, and enthusiasm, excelling in leading, mentoring and motivating a financial and administrative services team;
• Organized and sweats the small stuff;
• Open to implementing and supporting change management;
• Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is beneficial;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
