Under the authority of the SFS & Marketing Manager and in relationships with the retail sales team, Category Managers and Area Managers especially, he optimizes the sales and margins of non-fuel revenues for each point of sales ensuring respect regarding SFS policy and standards and local regulations.
Implements the SFS concepts (shop, catering, wash, lube bay) and physical layout of the convenience stores.
Ensures the proper implementation of SFS commercial activities: communication tools at the point of sale, highlighting products, promotions ... as defined by the SFS & Retail calendar.
Helps the stations managers and works together with the Area Managers to implement the planogram directed by the Category Managers and the SFS & Marketing Manager.
Monitors the SFS sales trends within assigned stations, and proposes remedial actions as necessary.
Reports deficiencies to the Area Managers and SFS & Marketing Manager and proposes & executes remedial actions.
Analyses the competition and trading area in order to optimize locally the offer (range of products, price policy).
Monitors and reports on stock movement to avoid stock surplus and stock shortages.
Ensures shop operators remain compliant with HSEQ standards and other safety regulations (cold chain, price labelling).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Hospitality;
Good knowledge of sales, marketing, operations, consumer goods, convenience stores in any retail activity;
Autonomy, organization and pedagogy skills;
Analytical skills and animated by economic performance;
Fluent in Portuguese and good knowledge in English.
