Country Manager

• Dynamic leadership to ensure achievement of targets with safety placed at the forefront of all activities;
• Develop and lead the implementation of the company strategy;
• Ensure operations are planned and performed according to company and client requirements;
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in country whilst keeping up to date on activities in surrounding countries;
• Establish and maintain alliances and strategic relationships with clients and partners
• Ensure the Business Unit is compliant with all legislative and regulatory requirements.

• At least 5 years’ experience in a business unit management function in the oil/shipping sector
• Must be highly experienced in the OSV sector (Offshore Supply Vessels);
• Excellent command of the English language. Portuguese required.
