If you are creative and have experience working in the FMCG industry and can contribute to building a distribution approach with a special focus on expansion in TT and informal sales channels? Then we have an opportunity for you.
A very successful international FMCG production and distribution company, with already established operations in Angola, is looking for ambitious associates for the following position:
Responsible for sales and execution of all activities in wider geographic area;
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales team in line with company objectives;
Steer and monitor execution and target achievements;
Manage team of sales representatives and sales supervisors;
Report to Field operation manager.

Aptidões necessárias

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with FMCG sales;
Ideally experience in managing people;
Capability of communicating and writing in English language;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work in fast-paced environment;
Enthusiasm and persistence for working with people, working in the field, and achieving business goals;
A sense of competition, which pushes you to exceed your limits;
Highly motivated by the possibility of earning by achieving and exceeding the company's goals;
Proactive and positive working environment;
