Descrição da função
  • Responsible for ensuring all BD activity adheres to company systems, processes and procedures;
  • Develop key business areas and strategies, representing the company to major, customers and professional associations and building, maintaining an effective project portfolio and order book;
  • Project Management, P&L management, cost‐build‐up modeling, commercial and technical tender development, schedule management, resource sourcing allocation and management, reporting and regional project support;
  • Responsible for ensuring respective product line meets and exceeds its budgeted revenue and profit targets;
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and ensure that the CRM system is kept updated and active at all times;
  • Be a leading contributor to the product line business development strategy and the introduction of new technologies and /or alliances;
  • Ensure that account plans are in place for all nominated key customers and / or key pursuits;
  • Meet the Visit and CRM requirements as agreed;
  • Proactively promote all company Product Lines;
  • Provide leadership by example in all safety and environmental aspects;
  • Support the integrated management system and business policies;
  • Comply to all company QHSE policies;
  • Ensure that all Quality and operational procedures as identified in company QA Manuals are adhered to at all times;
  • Other tasks related to the job.

Aptidões necessárias
  • Good understanding of Oil & Gas industry;
  • Degree in business, finance or similar field;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in high leve postion in business development or similar area;
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal communication skills;
  • Knowledge of local market and client base;
  • Demonstrated success in the areas of strategic thinking, effective team building, change leadership, and results orientation;
  • Solid analytical skills; ability to develop and communicate findings and recommendations, creating actionable strategies;
  • Ability to adapt positively to changes in policies, procedures, priorities or work environments;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively;
  • Ability to operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment while adhering to tight schedules.
  • Develop a solid and confident relationship between the main key customers and the company;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
