Maintenance Manager (Gerente de Manutenção)

Manage relationships with local partners and staff;
Manage and develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation according to company policies;
Carry out inspections in the facilities to identify and resolve issues;
Plan and oversee all maintenance as repair activities;
Allocate workload and Monitor equipment inventory;
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities;
Manage and organize stock of spare parts;
Workshop repair training for maintenance staff;
Develop and customize the best working environment according to company requirements;
Track and organize maintenance data;
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.

Electronic degree or similar background;
At least 5 years working experience as maintenance manager;
English and Portuguese language;
Report to Regional Maintenance Manager;
Well organized and able to follow instructions;
Have valid passport and ready to travel to African countries.
