At least 8 (eight) years’ experience managing large scope and budget projects and teams in Europe / Africa (mainly) or South America.
BSc in engineering - a must!
Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English - mandatory.
Willingness to work and live in Angola provinces.

We are looking for experienced PM to manage large scale project in hospital project in Angola. The Pm will manage a team of engineers, control budgets and schedules, manage subcontractors and contacts with the client.
We will offer a comprehensive monthly salary of 1.5million-3million (kz) ,we sincerely invite you to join us!
Managing a team of engineers / experts and supervise the construction of projects in accordance
with the Design specification, project’s criteria, and country regulations by ensuring the safety,
quality and execution in the time and budget, to guarantee the client’s satisfaction
To fulfill with the budget for the completion of the project and monitors the amount of money spent to ensure that the project does not exceed the approved amount and identify opportunities for budget decreasing.
Recommends changes to the project that is ongoing if it appears it is not proceeding on schedule
or is producing unsatisfactory results.
Coordination the needed activities for all ’chain’ process: Design Review for Execution, Purchase,
Logistics and Site Works.
Daily and weekly coordination with Project Management Team (PMT), Client and Contractors of
all engineering, procurement, and field activities.
Daily and weekly planning with PMT of all relevant staff activities.
Weekly and monthly follow-up with the PMT, of each contractor’s progress of work and
preparation of related reports.
Weekly meetings with Client and Contractors to ensure the progress of execution works at field
and good coordination between participants.
Approved from the PMT, contractors’ certificates (Measurements) and approve the invoices in accordance. Request approval for invoice’s payments.
Monitor the PMT to apply contractors, quality assurance plan and environmental management
plan.
Control the Follow-up of equipment delivery time, coordinate with the PMT the attendance of the FAT and SAT (when applicable) and ensuring the proper Reports.
Manage and coordinate the PMT, to all the HSE procedures at site and make the periodic reports.
