Maintenance Supervisor _ 20 years Experience (Oil&Gas)

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of drilling tools and wellbore cleanup equipment
• Lead and develop field teams, ensuring readiness and reliability of all electronic and mechanical equipment prior to operations
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause diagnostics for drilling electronics and wellbore cleanup tools in high-pressure field environments
• Ensure all activities adhere to HSE and operational standards
• Collaborate with operational and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and performance

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 20 years’ experience in maintenance supervision and hands-on work with drilling tools and wellbore cleanup equipment
• Strong background in electronic/electrical systems, specializing in downhole drilling measurement tools and wellbore cleanup devices
• Proven field leadership and team coordination skills (onshore and offshore settings)
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electronic and mechanical faults under operational pressure
• Commitment to HSE compliance and quality standards

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with rotary steerable systems and advanced downhole measurement tools
• Strong track record in field troubleshooting and process improvement
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
