Directional Driller Specialist.

• Drilling Planning and Design: Develop detailed drilling plans, including the choice of suitable equipment, techniques and methods for drilling wells.
• Drilling Operations Management: Supervising the execution of drilling activities, ensuring that operating procedures and safety standards are complied with.
• Cost and Budget Management: Controlling the costs associated with drilling operations, looking for ways to optimise the use of resources and keep costs within the approved budget.
• Operational Data Analysis: Analysing data and reports from drilling operations to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Technical Problem Solving: Diagnose and solve technical problems during drilling, such as equipment difficulties or unexpected subsoil conditions.
• Team Management and Coordination: Working closely with other teams, including geologists, production engineers and safety teams, to ensure the success of the operation.
• Compliance with Safety Regulations: Ensuring that all drilling operations comply with regulations.

• Proven experience in drilling operations, preferably in oil and gas companies.
• Solid knowledge of drilling processes, drilling equipment, drilling fluids and occupational safety.
• Analytical ability to interpret drilling data and make technical decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
• Fluency in English (for interacting with international teams and reading technical documents).
• Experience with drilling modelling and simulation software.
• Knowledge of advanced drilling techniques, such as directional drilling.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team.
