Descrição
Conduct market research and collect relevant data on Angola’s agricultural certification sector;
Identify and develop a database of potential farms, exporters, cooperatives, and agribusiness clients;
Assess market opportunities for AFRICERT certification services;
Identify potential partnerships and business development opportunities;
Analyze competitors and existing certification service providers;
Evaluate market challenges, risks, and operational requirements;
Support initial engagement with potential clients and stakeholders;
Provide recommendations on AFRICERT’s market entry approach.
Requisitos
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field;
Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in agricultural consultancy, certification, sustainability, agribusiness development, or related fields;
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of agricultural certification standards, audit processes, compliance requirements, and sustainability practices;
Experience working with farmers, exporters, cooperatives, agribusiness organizations, or agricultural value chain stakeholders;
Experience in conducting market assessments, feasibility studies, stakeholder mapping, or business development assignments;
Good understanding of the Angolan agricultural sector and local market dynamics;
Ability to collect, analyze, and present market information through professional reports;
Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills;
Fluency in English and Portuguese
