As a Senior Client Servicing Manager at AdMonks Angola, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for our enterprise clients, guiding them through brand evolution, performance marketing, and full-scale digital transformation. You will manage high-value corporate accounts across Angola's core growth sectors. Your mandate is to translate complex business challenges into unified creative and technological strategies that drive measurable revenue and improve customer experience.
- Act as the lead strategic liaison between enterprise clients and internal agency teams spanning Strategy, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Technology.
- Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with C-level executives, CMOs, and Directors within the Angolan corporate ecosystem.
- Deconstruct client business requirements into highly effective briefs that seamlessly bridge traditional creative campaigns with advanced digital ecosystem needs (CRM, ERP, and AI integrations).
- Proactively identify organic growth and upselling opportunities within existing accounts, demonstrating how advanced tech and marketing automation can drive additional ROI for their brands.
- Directly manage account profitability, overseeing client budgets, financial forecasting, and timely coordination of invoicing.
- Lead regular progress reviews, campaign presentations, and data-driven performance updates, ensuring client alignment at every stage of execution.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, establishing a benchmark for client service excellence in the Luanda market.
Requisitos
- 8+ years of experience in client servicing or account management within a top-tier advertising, digital, or business consulting agency.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-budget corporate portfolios in enterprise sectors (Banking, Telecom, or Oil & Gas).
- Robust commercial awareness and an understanding of how to blend brand positioning with digital metrics, web/mobile apps, and technology-driven customer platforms.
- Digital Briefing & Strategy for guiding the creative team on social-first content formats, community building, and digital-native campaigns.
- Social Media Ecosystem Knowledge: Hands-on experience managing enterprise social media grids, content calendars, and digital brand tracking in the Eligibility and Skills section.
- Performance Literacy: Added specific line items requiring them to understand social media analytics, performance marketing campaign metrics (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads), and reporting dashboards so they can confidently explain digital ROI to C-level clients.
- Full professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal) is essential for handling local corporate accounts and aligning with global implementation teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidence, structure, and strategic focus while managing tight deadlines and corporate pressures.
