Assistance to IT issues or uses of IT best practices;
Follow-up of the necessary appraisal to make the expected value-added services available to the FPSOs and Rigs;
Follow-up of the computer services availability in order to satisfy the needs of a production environment (Offshore);
Anticipation and planning of the evolutions of those means for taking into account the clients ‘needs, evolution and the technologies.
First level of users Assistance for Offshore sites (FPSOs and Rigs)
Checking Hardware and Software problems
Ensure user ́s compliance with the IT information managements rules – Inform if necessary
Assist users on issues that my concern to us
Report to managers, of solved/unresolved problems and all the sensitive issues that affect the functioning of SI
Maintain network devices (Printers and Scanners)
Physical installation servers on Racks (in coordination with base services in Luanda);
Software Installation (in coordination with base services in Luanda)
Respect Security rules
Ensuring the respect of engagement (OLA/SLA)
Provision of IT training to users (as long as necessary)
CV's must be in English.
Angolans or resident foreigners.
Engineer or advanced technician with 4 years of experience in Offshore IT Support (servers, stations, office and printers) of an important site.
Knowledge of the Vision Environment, Windows Vista and Windows Seven, is a pre requirement
Solid knowledge and work experience on wide range of enterprise applications, including the computers
Integration Process through the SCCM System, Deployment Process and Support
Knowledge of COMPANY rules, particularly for the IT Security and deontological, preferred
Languages: Portuguese and French or English
