Ensure quality requirements are identified, defined, communicated, understood and implemented across all phases of project or service cycle in order to meet corporate, certification and contractual requirements.
Perform critical analysis of internal, contractual and standard quality requirements in order to ensure these are clarified and understood before the acceptance of contracts and incorporated in respective Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
Prepare, revise and check Quality System documentation in order to ensure conformance to applicable internal, contractual and standard quality requirements, liaising with stakeholders and partners, as applicable; e.g. quality system Procedures, Work Instructions and Forms and project or service specific Quality Plans (QP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
Liaise with corporate, projects, sister plants, customers and suppliers with regards to Quality Systems.
Assist in the planning and execution of the quality audit programme (internal and vendor).
Assist in the qualification and development of vendors.
Participate in sufficient root cause investigation of critical quality hits and monitor respective lessons learned implementation.
Establish and monitor quality metrics (KPI) and advise on corrective actions.
Identification of opportunities for improvement and potential non-conformances within the scope of work and promote necessary action plans.
Prepare and follow-up action plans related to quality system scope including improvement, corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in the preparation of reports.
Specific tasks and processes as defined in specific procedures or determined by Supervisor or Department Manager.
Assist Supervisor and Department Manager in the implementation and enforcement of the Quality Management System.
Assist in the training and induction of other staff.
Comply with HSE rules and regulations.
