Descrição da função

o Helps in the implementation strategic local policies delivery
o Ensures policies and procedures are followed, this includes internal regulations and code of conduct;
o Contributes to the development and implementation of HR processes;
o Contributes to the accomplishment of human resources practices and HR functions objectives;
o Communicates with the employees and makes sure the understanding of the conditions and benefits
o Manages employees complaints
o Coordinates personnel information to be passed to Payroll on a monthly basis
o Responsible for the up to date information on the HR systems, WD and Trafihire
o Responsible for personnel data reporting
o Prepares weekly monthly reports
o Ensures the compliance and alignment of date between the workday and the payroll system
o Processes all employee changes (salary/performance/discipline) to ensure systems are maintained / updated
o Ensuring that on boarding takes place for every employee
o Keeps up to date information with Unisaude insurance
o Ensures that all employees are registered with the social secutirty
o Ensures that all leavers receive an exit interview and exit survey prior to departure
o Provides administration support such as preparing and composing confidential correspondence
o Any other duty requested by the manager within reason

o Minimum 5 years experience

o Ability to communicate with employees and management ;
