Intelligence & Performance Manager

Some of the main responsibilities of this role are:

• Collecting and analising online and offline intell in search for knowlegde and insights


• Work with performance data from third party sources such as Social Data Analysis and Social Listening tools


• Develop and oversee all types of Market Research


• Support the development of a global performance management system


• Design and update Performance Tools and Reports


• Partner with internal and external teams to gather and document project requirements


• Interpret and correlate qualitative information and apply quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information from multiple data sources


• Develop visualizations of data results and insights


• Participate in client presentations and conversations

Reporting directly to the Strategic Planning Director
managing one of the agency's key development areas in the near future!

Successful studies in either business economics, mathematics, statistics or information management

3+ years of analytical experience, including 1+ years in Consultancy industry

Understanding of advertising measurement terms, concepts and applications

Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Experience managing and manipulating large datasets

Experience developing actionable insights from data

Strong oral and written communication abilities, able to influence and impact clients and peers

Team player that can also work independently

Problem solving skills, Detail oriented

Out of the box spirit, creative and lateral thinking

Client-focused and commercially aware
