1.       To Translate business strategy into pragmatic action plans and execute;

2.       To Analyze market potential and develop competitive positioning and pricing strategies;

3.       To Develop new services/products and concepts for the assigned market segment;

4.       To Monitor market for the development of new technologies and trends;

5.       To Identify and promote future business leaders;

6.       To Draft, negotiate and secure contracts for local and international clients;

7.       To Promote the image, capability and integrity of the company to the clients;

8.       To Accountable for any claim that may arise from clients;

9.       To Manage pre and post contract commercial issues;

10.    To Ensure the best quality of execution;

11.    To Lead, Coach and develop a business oriented team;

12.    And any other tasks related to this position.

Aptidões necessárias

Technical competencies

·         Required to read and understand technical and non technical documents as relate to business and the units business services

·         At least five (5) years experience in Oil, Gas and Chemicals activities.

·         Good understanding of computer applications.

 

      Managerial Competencies

·         Ability to consistently meet KPIs\objectives.

·         Ability to understand and use marketing strategies and performance assessment techniques

·         Ability to understand the company corporate systems, procedures and policies

·         Ability to examine possibilities for improving financial management and reporting procedure for laboratory’s and associated operations.

·         Ability to communicate, negotiate and interpersonal skills
