• Provides support all Corporate compliance affairs and Corporate Compliance Program implementation.
• Provides support on proper Code of Conduct training and education of the department’s staff and provide adequate cross-training.
• Provides support for the Subcontractor management doing contracts and approving.
• Provides support to the finance department regarding all Angolan Vendors controlling vendor list.
• Provides support to the HSE Department in relation to trucking vendors supervising the quality.
• Provides legal support to the legal Department doing updating all licenses and permits for PA.
• Provides support following up that the court cases are properly followed up by the external lawyer.
• Provides support on HR Department with labor law and supervising employment contacts.
• Provides support on disciplinary proceedings doing follow up with RH Dep.
• Provides support on Lease contracts, doing service contracts for the general vendors.
• Provides support on insurance policy’s renewing all the policy’s yearly.
