Descrição da função
  • Liaise with Finance/Admin. Manager to ensure that company procedures are properly applied.
  • Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliation & daily petty cash reconciliation’s.
  • Payroll administration (onshore employees)
  • Liaise with Finance/Admin. Manager to issue Capital Expenditures requests & Investment requests
  • Liaise with Finance/Admin. Manager monitor major subcontracts (Crew & Catering) and ensure invoicing is accurate
  • Liaise with Finance/Admin. Manager provide in details to Monaco financial accounting Rebillables – invoice & backup
  • Manage, review and monitor the fiscal and legal impact of personal income tax under the responsibility of the Controller/General Manager.
  • Release payments as required by the Finance/Admin. Manager.Prepare petty cash replenishment, handle the shore base petty cash (advance payments requests & cash expenditures) & issue corresponding petty cash reports - weekly.
  • Prepare summary of local travel/salary advances (monthly).
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliation monthly and respectively amendments (Petty Cash, Travel & Salary Advance, FPSO(s) Cost, Rebill, Fixed Assets & Social Charge).
  • Check the accuracy of all invoice amounts, and match to the appropriate purchase order.
  • Prepare timesheets for DML Crew and Salary Deduction Control sheet - monthly.
  • Prepare and control payment for Sonadiets Hire Crew & Catering Contract - monthly.
  • Prepare Weekly Balance (SBM & TII)
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliation monthly and respectively amendments (banks, prepayments, payables, taxes, provisions, Interco current accounts).
  • Assume any duties as may be specified during the absence of the Finance/Admin. Manager.
  • Register all local purchase orders, contracts, investment requests etc. in accordance with company accounting and administrative procedures.
  • Liaise with KPMG, chase and follow up all local Taxes duties.
  • Any other duties as may be specified by the Finance Manager and General Manager.

EDUCATIONAL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

- 5 years experience as Accounts Supervisor in multinational or international firms.
