  • Staff recruitment, interviews, appointments
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Compilation and management of HR Budget
  • Manage preparation, compilation and submission of all statutory and $eneraT human resources/payroll reports
  • Review & analyze the legislation and policy proactively and develop submissions on behalf of OBP to OGL
  • Annual Audits prepared for and coordinated
  • Manage Attendance and timekeeping
  • keep "Sales“ Admission system updated Load new employees, update system daily
  • Keep "Kronos" Time and Attendance system updated
  • registration of fingerprints of new employees and provide training on how ‹o use system Review and manage reports/schedules
  • review and approval of all "VIP" Payroll reports
  • Primary approval for release of monthly salaries
  • Leave management (approvals and checks)
  • Overtime management [reasonability checks, approvals)
  • Bonuses and Increases calculated and paid according to policy
  • Income tax compilations and reconciliations performed
  • Issue of annual income Tax: certificates
  • Fringe benefits managed according to policies
  • Management of training requirements
  • Facilitate coaching counseling and disciplinary action

  • Demonstrated coaching/ mentoring skills and issue management problem solving skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze/ integrate data and take appropriate action
  • A respect for confidentiality

  • Successful completion of high school or equivalent qualification

  • 3-5 years relevant experience

  • Computer literacy
    -Experience in budget development and management.

  • Working knowledge of: Labour law and income tax requirements

  •   Blogs\, \Internet Explorer, Excel and MS Word
