INTERNET, INTRANET AND AUDIOVISUAL COORDINATOR

HR - Manage audiovisual and intranet administrators by ensuring the appropriate performance and achievement of goals.
Security - Respect and ensure the promotion of the subsidiary's principles and HSE culture in one’s field of activity and responsibility.
Internet Site - Define, propose and manage the tool's structural and organizational plan  Research, propose, write, standardize and validate the contents for updating the subsidiary's contents space (weekly);  Ensure and supervise the updating and renewal of contents, as well as the tool's technical maintenance and operation;  Ensure the process of validation and disclosure of contents is performed within the set timetable.
Social Networks (Facebook) - Research, propose, write, standardize and validate the contents for the tools updating (daily);  Ensure and supervise the updating and renewal of contents, as well as the tool's technical maintenance and operation;  Monitor posts and answer according to the groups standards for social networks.
Intranet - Define and manage the definition of the tool's structural and organizational plan; 
Arrange, manage, participate and cooperate in correspondents committee's meetings; 
Research, propose, write, translate and standardize and validate the contents for updating the Angonews space (twice a week);  Ensure and supervise the updating and renewal of contents, as well as the tool's technical maintenance, assistance and operation;
Corporate TV - Research and propose contents for the tool's update (weekly);  Ensure and supervise the insertion, updating and renewal of contents, as well as the tool's technical maintenance, assistance and operation;
Mailing -Draw-up, translate and standardize general distribution emails from the COM inbox which are required by the subsidiary's' entities;  Ensure the process of validation and distribution is performed within the set timetable.
Others - Monitor and prepare tool's activity reports (weekly).  Perform a competitive research to the same type of sites and social networks of the partners and competitors (benchmarking);  Ensure and supervise the audiovisual cover (photography and video) of subsidiary's internal and external events;  Ensure and supervise internal graphic design services and treatment of audiovisual (photography and video).

Context and environment 

Preferably trilingual (French, Portuguese and English), as a minimum, with perfect command of the Portuguese Language and good knowledge of English;  Mastery of the Microsoft Office environment and knowledge of audiovisual editing of computer programs;  Academic Level: Degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing and Advertising, Journalism;  Drafting, interpretation and monitoring of new technology skills;  Responsibility, availability, adaptability, curiosity, resistance to stress, team spirit, respect for the deadlines and outcome focused.
