Hyphen between the head office and the market, this post relays and ensures the application of our brands’ strategies and contributes to field development. The mission is to propose solutions to allow the development of IOM brands in the area as long as preserving and reinforcing the brand image on the Domestic Market and Travel Retail in Ghana and Ivory Cost.
SELL IN / SELL OUT
o Regular visits of PoS in the Country
o Take/Work on orders
o Increase PoS turnover
REPORTING
Monthly activity report:
 Market Review
 Market Competition
 Market distribution
 Market Evolution
MARKETING
o Adaptation of Marketing Plans to the market needs
o Novelties presentation
o Marketing Actions Organization:
 Proposal and preparation of animations
 Galvanize sales teams (in every retailers following sales contest, relationship with shop managers…)
 Manage and motivate local brands ambassadors
 Propose & organize additional animations for specific needs
MEDIA
o Application and Control of Actions
o Local Media Supports/Channels Proposal
o Proposition, negotiation and follow up of coop ad

PRODUCT TRAINING
o Inform teams about new product launch and improve knowledge about already existing products
o Training on PoS and Meeting rooms
o Identify needs of the market
MERCHANDISING
o Control and Check of the brand’s allocations
o Facing and Assortment control
o Analyze needs of Advertising Materials
o Build forecast regarding the Marketing Plan, budget priorities and PoS potential

o Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up on all store activities
o Ability to respectfully challenge and motivate the team
o Knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ability to implement and substitute within company guidelines
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to forecast and analyze business trends and manage payroll expense in order to maximize store performance
o Relational ease, natural authority
o Good presentation
o Respect of confidentiality
o Experience of Cosmetics and/or Sales
o Adaptability
o Comprehension of brand objectives
o Analytical spirit, strong negotiator, self-control, enthusiasm, active listening, precision, flexibility, rigorous, curious, precise

o English & Portuguese Compulsory
o French is a strong asset
