Assisting the Front Office department, monitorizing all training of employees in order to optimize the operation of the reception, Booking and Cash; implement Hotel procedures and standards, keep in touch with all sections; prepare reports and feedback to the Rooms Division.
1- Academic background in the area;
2- Previous experience in this role in 4 and 5 stars Hotels with more than 200 rooms (mandatory);
3- High knowledge of Fidelio PMS;
4- Team leadership skills;
5- Willingness to reside in Luanda;
6- Fluency in English.
