• Intensively grow the company business and take share from direct competitors;
• Forecast and funnel growth and accuracy;
• Develop a deep knowledge of local Key Accounts in term of their organization, spending and projects for Test & Measurement;
• Manage the organizations relationship with independent representatives (non-employees), resellers, distributors, or agents;
• Make customers visits and provide sales presentations for all the company Industrial Group product lines, assisted by Technical Sales Support to technically qualify customer’s needs;
• Master the basic features and benefits of our primary products;
• Build also upon the success of our existing network of partners throughout continued coaching as well as analyse new routes to further develop market and customer penetrations;
• Know local company players in our Test and Measurement industry and evaluate them where required;
• Understand the company values and processes and act in accordance with them.
• Provides guidance to the Application consultants.

Aptidões necessárias

• Technical qualification degree in the discipline of Industrial automation, Electrical or Electronics engineering;
• Solid understanding of the Test & Measurement industry and players/competitors.
• Ability to translate technical product information into strong customer value propositions
• Customer friendly attitude and a minimum of 3 years successful sales experience and if possible business partner management experience;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both verbally and written.
• Proven experience of engaging directly with customers.
• Excellent Sales Skills from Prospecting to Closing.
• Good Communication and negotiation skills
• Strong team player with the ability to work successfully in a multicultural organization
• Self-motivated, dynamic, creative, assertive hunter;
• 75% travelling involved;
• Working out of : Johannesburg, South Africa.
